Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyDeployer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyDeployer provides a web-based platform for deploying applications to Virtual Private Servers (VPS). The Service includes one-click deployments, CI/CD pipeline management, Nginx configuration, SSL certificate provisioning, PM2 process management, and a prepaid wallet billing system.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content and applications you deploy
  • You must have legal rights to any code or content you deploy through our Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining and paying for your VPS instances separately
  • You must not use the Service for illegal activities or to deploy malicious software
  • You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the platform

5. Wallet & Payments

EasyDeployer operates on a prepaid wallet system:

  • You add credits to your wallet via our payment processor (Dodo Payments)
  • Deployments are charged against your wallet balance
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Refunds of unused credits may be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice

6. Server Access

By providing your VPS credentials, you authorize EasyDeployer to access your server for the purpose of deploying and managing your applications. We access your server only during deployment operations and CI/CD triggered events. We do not monitor or access your server outside of these operations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. EasyDeployer is not responsible for downtime of your VPS or third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyDeployer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, failed deployments, or security breaches on your VPS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Deployed applications on your VPS will continue to run — EasyDeployer does not remove deployed code upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
